Too expensive

The service and operation was fine, but what bothered me was to put my hand in the bag to make it bigger, not good during Corona, as please work with the pliers as bacteria related to Covid 19 can be spread when cashing at the same time.

Super store,. Very friendly service especially Sofia, very pretty nice lady. I often ordered through Lierferando and always worked great, if something wasn't in stock, I was informed by phone call. 😋 🍩 👍

Small shop with friendly staff.

Went there on a Sunday. Shop wasn't too full, all donuts, muffins etc. were available, the staff was very friendly. As always, it tasted very good 😊

Donuts are great but the stuff is disrespectful. I’m waiting while one of the ladies are preparing some drinks and then other lady comes and she helps another customer while I’m still waiting. When I tell her I’m first, she says I have to wait for the lady who is busy. It looks like of you don’t speak German, you lose your queue.

Very nice staff. The selection wasn't as big as we had imagined, but the donuts definitely taste good.

Friendly service, reasonable prices. Please get yourself air conditioning. Unbearably hot in summer, especially if you have to queue up to order.

I don't understand what's up with Dunkin donuts and them denying to warm your donut :( the donut taste best for some people when it's warm otherwise it feels too cold. The donut was very nice and as usual they have lot of variety to keep you happy but they denied to warm my donut. I had to eat it because I didn't enquire about this in advance. I wouldn't have bought it if I had the information prior to buying it

Nice place

Very good and varied donuts. We had breakfast at the Nuremberg station and we had a great time. The cappuccino is not the Italian one but the desserts are unsurpassed!

Very nice and cosy store. Excellent place to relax with a coffee and donut. Comfortable lounge seating at the back of the store and good free WiFi. Very large coffee servings and coffee is good. Nice vibe and music. No savoury menu although bagels with no much filling are available.

Unkind staff and wrong order

Tasty donuts, good coffee and reasonable opening hours. If you have an appetite for breakfast on Sunday at 8:00, this downtown Dunkin Donuts store is one of the few places to go. Nice service included.

Normal dunkin

Not good. Ice tea was good but donuts had much sugar no London for me. I dont like the London style. Too many burger in donuts. Not good. Mades me greased and 4x more fatters.

Pleasant service and good donuts. Zero complaints. There is also a lot of space to sit down and enjoy your delicious donut. They even have blankets.

Super tasty coffe and cosy place

One of my favorite places to visit regularly. The place setting is perfect. Right out of Hauptbahnhof and there we are with a very good outdoor arrangement. The staff is always very helpful. 4 out of 5 times you'd have no challenges speaking English. Even if one of them do not speak English they'd try their level best to work it out. The assortment of drinks and doughnuts is also good. All in all, a perfect everyday place to be.

Very friendly and very warm welcome in the early hours of the day. No extra questions or cross-selling options which is pretty good when you are in a hurry and would like to get a coffee and a donut. Really great!

An english speaking employee was very rude to us the last time I was there with my daughter maybe she thought we are refugees..

Good for family

We have been to dunkin 'donut a few times to have breakfast. Despite as the name of the chain suggests, the best product should be the donut, which sells every type and flavor, here muffins and cookies are the best! The place is small but we have always found a place. The girl served us immediately. Hot coffee is to be drunk after at least 10 minutes. A great place to eat sweets, especially chocolate ones. Divine.
